10. Account Suspension and Termination

cv99ap reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

Upon termination of your account, any real-money balance remaining (where not subject to forfeiture under these Terms) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
